The quality of the shoe is very good. I measured the size very carefully according to the instructions given and ordered a 37.5. I feel 38 would have been a better fit. still, they are very nice to wear and walk with. I am very happy with my order.
Next time will order a 38!

Hello,
I would like to know if you have changed your sizing. The first pair of shoes I bought were a 37 and they fit perfectly as an "Italian" 37. The last two pairs I bought turned out to be too small. Have you changed your sizing to "French/European" sizing? I love your shoes and they are great quality but as you can tell I have trouble finding the size that will fit me.

Shockingly bad customer support. No response for days on end and then an unhelpful generic response with no assistance.

Worst Customer Service Possible
What a disaster buying from this company, made a big mistake from my normal companies. No responses given for return or exchange. I keep emailing and it is ignored, even tried their other pages such as Instagram. Everyone seems to be saying the same, meaning they are a company NOT to be trusted. I used Klarna so will report them to Klarna now. Never again stick to reputable designers and avoid these new companies

I am usually a bit scared to buy shoes online as the fitting might be tricky but with the template to print at home, it is easy to order the right size. The quality also is amazing and the packaging very detailed.

Very elegant every day shoes. The leather and work on it is excellent. I recommend buying such shoes from this brand.

I purchased one pair of shoes last September. They ran very narrow and I returned them right away. I have been asking for my credit ever since. I even have the return receipt and know they received it. They apparently won't even respond to Visa. Maybe this review might get them to respond to me. I have emailed customer service at least 4 times and no response. When I emailed them to ask if any of their shoes ran wider the response was none of our shoes will fit you except maybe the boat shoe. The shoes are beautiful, but I will never try them again:(

Scarosso should make the fact that they do not do exchanges and have a highly unusual 14-day return policy absolutely clear to purchasers. I bought shoes as a Christmas gift for my husband. They arrived 16 days before the holiday and sat under the tree till Christmas. When we discovered they were not the right size, I tried to exchange them but was told no exchanges were being accepted. So I tried to return them so I could reorder in the correct size but ran up against their time limit policy. I corresponded with the company but was told there was nothing they could do. So I am stuck with an expensive pair of shoes that are unusable. Business "policies" are not like laws of physics--they can be changed when a company wishes to be customer friendly and provide excellent service. Scarosso didn't. At the very least, their website should make it impossible to click through to purchase an item without seeing their unusual and unfriendly policy.
